PLEDGES
Formed in 1908, Sandhurst Silver Band is made up of two individual ensembles. Sandhurst Community Brass, a non-contesting band made up of players ranging in ability, and Sandhurst Silver Band who compete nationally at the top level of brass banding.
The bands have their own bandroom in the centre of Sandhurst and as a development area, are looking to create a youth band in the near future. Both bands regularly host concerts in the Sandhurst area, as well as appearing further afield. So we look forward to welcoming you to hear the ‘Sounds of Sandhurst’.

The winner of Sandhurst’s Got Talent will win a coveted spot to perform live on stage at the massive Sandhurst Town Council Fireworks Event on October 31st, 2026! Share your talent with your community!
Please be advised not all applicants will be invited in for an audition.
From now to September, we’re celebrating the incredible creativity and character of our town, and I want your photographs, paintings, drawings, and artwork that capture “The Spirit of Sandhurst.” Whether it’s our landscapes, wildlife, community moments, or your own imaginative interpretation of what makes Sandhurst special, your work could be featured in a calendar that will be available to purchase later in the year.
It’s a chance to showcase local talent, inspire pride, and put your school, club, or creativity in the spotlight - so get creating and be part of something truly special for 2027.
